2 teaspoons ground black pepper

4 slices chopped tomatoes

200 ml milk

5 tbsp butter

3 tsp mixed herbs

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp parsley

1 tsp chopped garlic

salt as required

2 tsp chili flakes Step 1 Cut the chicken breasts

First of all, cut the chicken breast from the middle. Be careful not to cut the other end of the breast. It should look like a pocket. Step 2 Flatten the chicken pieces with a rolling pin

Now put it in a zip lock bag and beat the chicken lightly with a rolling pin. This will help flatten the chicken breast. Once done, take the chicken out of the bag. Step 3 Make the mixture to coat the chicken

Now add milk, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl. Mix it well and then soak the chicken in the milk mixture for 4 hours. Make sure that you have marinated the chicken well. Step 4 Make the Cheese Mixture

Next, take a large bowl and add grated mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic, chili flakes, mixed herbs and salt. Mix them well and keep aside. Meanwhile, preheat the grill to 160 degrees Celsius.

Step 5 Fill the Chicken Pockets

Now, take the chicken out of the milk and fill the chicken breast pockets with the cheese mixture and a few slices of tomato. Sprinkle some black pepper powder on the chicken. Step 6 Grill the chicken thoroughly

Next, apply butter on the stuffed chicken and grill it in a preheated grill. After one side is cooked, turn it over and apply butter again. Make sure both sides are cooked. Step 7 Plate it nicely and serve hot!

When the chicken breasts are thoroughly grilled and become soft, remove them from the grill. Place the chicken breasts on a plate and serve with some steamed rice or garlic bread or steamed beans!
