Releasing the video of the incident from its official social media handle X, AAP wrote, “BJP panicked due to fear of defeat, got its goons to attack Arvind Kejriwal While campaigning, the goons of BJP candidate Pravesh Verma attacked Arvind Kejriwal with bricks and stones and tried to hurt him so that he could not campaign. People of BJP, Kejriwal ji is not afraid of your cowardly attack, the people of Delhi will give you a befitting reply.”

On the other hand, BJP leader Pravesh Verma has reacted regarding the incident. He has made serious allegations against Kejriwal. Verma said that Kejriwal had hit two BJP workers with his car. He said that one of our workers has broken his leg and I am going to Lady Hardinge to see him. Pravesh Verma said that the government that has been running in Delhi for the last 11 years has not only spread corruption in Delhi but has also ruined Delhi.

Regarding the incident, Delhi Police said that there was no attack on Kejriwal. Police said that AAP supremo's public meeting was going on. During this time some BJP workers came and wanted to ask him questions. They raised slogans against Kejriwal. After this, AAP workers also raised slogans in response. The police pacified the matter by removing the people from both sides.
