India is ahead of G-7 countries in future of work skills, AI and digital technology is being adopted rapidly.
New Delhi : After the vision of Prime Minister Modi, the Indian economy has gained wings. India is also progressing rapidly in this sector due to skill development and youth adept in changing technology. The results of such work being done continuously in this direction in the last 10 years are beginning to be seen. This is also one of the reasons why India is so prepared in terms of 'Future of Work' i.e. the skills required for jobs with advanced technology in the future. India has been ranked 27th in the QS World Future Skills Index with the placement of key standards. Also, India is ranked 37th in skill level, 26th in terms of academic preparation and 40th in terms of economic transformation.
Strong work done on skill development in last 10 years
India has been ranked second in the category of Future of Work. This clearly shows how fast work has been done in the last 10 years towards the skilling mission in India. This index analyzes more than 190 countries, more than 280 million job postings, more than 5,000 universities and 17.5 million research papers.
India embraced AI wholeheartedly
India has performed well in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its workforce. In the analysis of QS, India has gone one step ahead of many countries and has done excellent work in adopting AI, green technology and digital technology, which shows India's speed and ambition in this direction.
Indian youth is talented
Matteo Quacquarelli is emphasizing on education reform i.e. improvement in the education sector and adopting the skills of rapidly changing technology. On the basis of this report, it is known that despite the rapidly spreading global challenges, India remains at the second highest position for 'Venture Capital' in the Asia Pacific region. However, it is also being said in the QS report that the education system in India still needs more improvement.
