‘Plant-fueled stamina allows for hours of enjoyment’
Tracy Kiss has sworn off meat — and it’s changed her sex life.
The controversial 34-year-old yogi from England — who once tattooed a ruler up her forearm to measure a man’s penis size — revealed she has reaped the bedroom benefits of going vegan, claiming it has “so many advantages.”
“Bringing plant-fueled strength and stamina to the bedroom allows for hours of mutual enjoyment with a partner — something that many couples lack in a balance of quality and quantity,” Kiss told Jam Press.
She claimed that meat eaters are get “sweaty and out of breath” more quickly in bed.
“This means they have to stop the action sooner, whereas vegans are a powerhouse of performance and stamina,” she said.
It turns out Kiss’ kinky bedroom behavior is backed by science.
Last year, researchers from Stanford University found that women’s libido levels can increase by up to 383% if they follow a vegan diet.
“I’d much rather be a sexual gymnast than a panting couch potato between the sheets,” Kiss quipped.
She claimed that some of the strongest animals in the world are herbivores, such as elephants, horses, deer, gorillas and more, arguing that their “incredible strength and stamina” can be chalked up to their plant-based diets.
Kiss, who has been vegan for a decade, claims she has inspired “more than one” of her partners to convert to using plant-based products, like plant protein powder for their workouts.
“Despite being vegan myself, I’ve never dated another vegan, but partners have considerately introduced more fruit and vegetables into their diet and cut back on meat and dairy to reduce their intake and focus on optimum health and nutrition,” she explained.
But she doesn’t want to “tell people what to do with their lives.”
“It’s like losing weight, quitting smoking or staying sober — a person can only change bad habits when they are truly ready, not to please others,” Kiss said.
She does, however, recommend that everyone try it. While it might be difficult, it “takes time and consistency” to break habits, she added, and this will be “worth it.”
“Keep your mindset stronger than your cravings, take each day as it comes and don’t allow a little wobble to throw you off of track,” she advised.
“You have better health and a better bank balance without the cost of meat and dairy — and a far better sex life.”
She added: “And no — giving and receiving oral pleasure with a partner doesn’t mean you’re not a real vegan because no lives have been harmed or taken.”
