While including these leaders in Aam Aadmi Party, CM Atishi said, “Many leaders of Kirari Assembly are joining AAP. Banwari Lal Upadhyay, who has been in Congress for 40 years, has also been the District President and is a PCC delegate. Has contested corporation elections twice. Mohammad Isram ji has contested the corporation elections twice. All of them are joining you today. Apart from these, District General Secretary of Congress Chandrashekhar Yadav, Block Congress Committee President Jan-e-Alam, Mohammad Rafi and District Vice President of BJP Arjan Jha are taking membership of AAP today.
