Arvind Kejriwal's troubles may increase, nomination put on hold from New Delhi Assembly seat…
New Delhi:- AAP's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal's problems may increase before the assembly elections. If reports are to be believed, Kejriwal's nomination from New Delhi Assembly seat has been put on hold. He has been accused of hiding income, FIR and other important information in the nomination. This claim has been made by none other than the representative of BJP leader Pravesh Verma.
According to media reports, Advocate Sakit Gupta has described himself as the representative of BJP candidate Pravesh Verma from New Delhi Assembly seat. He said that we have filed an objection against the nomination papers of Arvind Kejriwal from here. He said that we have raised our objection before the returning officer. He said that Arvind Kejriwal had shown his income of Rs 1,57,823 in 2019-20, which is Rs 13,252 lakh monthly. This is completely wrong and false.
The representative of the BJP leader said that as per the assembly documents, every CM gets a daily allowance of Rs 1,000 along with a salary of Rs 20,000. The information he has given is also a violation of the Minimum Wage Act. She misleads the voters. Along with this, he said that in the voter list, Arvind Kejriwal has shown ward number as 52 and vote number is 709, when we investigated it, it was found that there were votes in the ward number only from vote number 1 to 708. Secondly, his vote is registered in 1307 ward number 105 Chandni Chowk, which is still there. This means that he is from Chandni Chowk, but he has filled New Delhi in the nomination form. Which is wrong and his nomination form should be rejected.
Arvind Kejriwal also hid the matter of FIR
At the same time, it has also been alleged against Arvind Kejriwal that three cases have been registered against the former CM under serious sections in North Avenue Police Station. This information has been hidden in the nomination affidavit. At present, the RO has stopped Kejriwal's nomination.
