How were Superstar Rajinikanth's school days? Remembered childhood days.

Karnataka Karnataka:Superstar actor Rajinikanth told that his acting career started from APS (Acharya Pathshala). He spoke in Kannada and recalled his school days. After missing the 90th anniversary and alumni meet of Acharya Pathshala School (APS) in Basavanagudi, Rajinikanth poured out his heart via video from Bangkok. Even today I am proud of studying in APS School-College, Bangalore. Earlier I studied in Kannada medium in a government primary school near Gangadhareshwar temple in Gavipur. I was the first, best student and class monitor in my class. I scored 98% in middle school. Due to my very good marks in school, my brother got me admitted to APS High School in English medium. Because of this I started feeling sad. I used to study in the first bench and left the last bench. Because of this I went into depression. Although the teachers of APS school-college respected me a lot.

He was kind to me and taught me lovingly. Due to this I passed 8th and 9th class. However, since I took PCM subject in 10th class, I was very weak in studies. Due to this I failed in these subjects. At that time, our chemistry teacher understood my understanding and used to hold classes at 6 pm. He took special interest and took classes for free. Thus, I passed 10th class. After that, I joined APS College there. But then, due to some reasons, I could not study further in college. When I was studying in APS High School, inter-high school dramas were organized every year. 10-15 schools used to participate in it. When I used to come late to school, I would tell my teacher that I had watched a movie or a play and acted it out, and everyone loved it because I told stories. The teachers also knew this. So they told me I should do drama in the inter-high school drama program. It is a play about the meeting of Adi Shankar and Chandala. In this scene, I played the role of Chandal. I think I was chosen for that role because I looked like a Chandal. Our team won an award for this play. I was given the big cup for Best Actor. Since then, I am proud to say that APS accepted me as an actor and inspired me to pursue acting as a profession. I'll never forget that high school, the stone building, the field out front and the games played there. When I went to high school, our house was in Hanumanthnagar. The road from there to high school is always fresh in my mind. I'll see you all next time I come, he told APS high school staff. He also extended his best wishes on the occasion of APS High School-College Alumni Day.
