Ingredients required to make Tawa Paneer:
– Paneer: 200 grams (cut into cubes)
– Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
– Onion: 1 (cut into thick slices)
– Tomato: 1 (chopped)
– Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
– Curd: 2 tbsp
– Gram flour: 1 tablespoon
– Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
– Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
– Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
– Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
– Kasuri Methi: 1 teaspoon (roasted and crushed)
– Oil: 2-3 tbsp
– Salt: as per taste
– Coriander: to garnish
How to make Tawa Paneer
1. Marinate the Paneer:
– Mix curd, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt in a vessel.
– Add paneer cubes to it, mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

2. Fry vegetables on the pan:
– Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil on the pan.
– Add capsicum, onion, and tomato and fry lightly. Keep them slightly crunchy.
3. Cook Paneer:
– Add some more oil on the pan and cook the marinated paneer on the pan.
– Fry the cheese by turning it repeatedly until it becomes light golden.
4. Mix everything:
– Mix roasted vegetables with cheese on the pan.
– Add garam masala and kasoori methi on top and mix well.
5. Garnish and Serving:
– Garnish it with green coriander.
– Serve hot tawa paneer with roti, paratha or naan. This recipe is delicious and very easy. You can further customize it as per your choice.
