To increase breast milk, take milk and rice pudding. Lightly fry the cumin seeds. Taking half a spoon of it with water in a copper vessel after meals in the morning and evening increases the quality of milk. In Ayurveda, taking 5 grams of Shatavari and Vidarikand mixed with milk in the morning and evening increases the amount of milk.
