Malpua Banana�रेसिपी : The importance of sweets increases during festivals or any happy occasion. It seems that everything is incomplete without sweets. Some celebrate by bringing sweets from outside while others enjoy home-made sweets. Today we are telling you the recipe of making Malpua from banana. These Malpua taste very tasty and are also healthy. You can use wheat flour instead of flour to make Malpua. To make it more healthy, we will use jaggery syrup instead of sugar. People on diet can also eat banana malpuas without thinking.

Recipe

– First of all, mash 2 small sized bananas well.

Now put bananas in a bowl and add 1 glass of milk in it.

– Mix half a cup of semolina in it. Add half cup wheat flour into it.

– Add a little saffron, half teaspoon cardamom powder, half teaspoon fennel powder and half teaspoon whole fennel, a pinch of salt and 3 teaspoons condensed milk.

Now mix all these things well and keep this solution for 2 hours.

– After 2 hours it will swell a little. Now mix it well.

– Now add refined or desi ghee in a pan and pour the solution with the help of a spoon.

Fry the Malpua until it becomes light golden. Keep in mind that the flame has to be kept medium only.

Now take jaggery in a vessel. Add 2 cups of water to these and make a thin syrup.

– Add fried malpua in syrup and take it out after about 5 minutes.

– Serve Malpua garnished with almonds and pistachios.
