Let us tell you that officials have informed that there were 162 people on board this plane. There were 154 passengers and 8 flight crew members on board. When the flight was mid-air, the aircraft suffered a technical fault in its engine. After this the pilot immediately decided to land the plane. After this the pilot sought permission from Chennai Airport Control Room to land the plane. DGCA has ordered an investigation in this matter.

After this the aircraft was immediately brought back to Chennai. The flight immediately got permission for emergency landing and arrangements were made for this. The plane was landed after all the safety arrangements. All 162 passengers were on board.
