26 electric vehicles launched and displayed at Auto Expo 2025, take a look at some special EVs
Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025: Indian and global automobile manufacturers showcased their best electric vehicles (EVs) at the Auto Expo 2025. This included many special offers, from Maruti's first electric car e-Vitara to the entire EV lineup of Vietnamese automaker Vinfast. Let us know about these vehicles.
Maruti Suzuki E-Vitara
Claimed Range: Over 500km
Maruti introduced the e-Vitara with 49 kWh and 61 kWh battery options. It has been provided with features like auto AC, fixed glass roof, 360-degree camera, and level-2 ADAS. It can be launched by March 2025, whose starting price will be ₹ 17 lakh (ex-showroom).
Toyota Urban Cruiser Concept (Toyota Urban BEV Concept)
Claimed Range: 500km (potential)
This is a rebadged version of the e-Vitara, which has a sporty front profile and similar features.
Tata Harrier EV
Claimed range: Information unpublished
Harrier EV has been introduced with dual motor all-wheel drive. It includes 500 Nm torque and sleek design. Its expected price can be ₹ 30 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Nexon EV Bandipur Edition
Claimed range: 489 km
Dedicated to the Bandipur National Park in Karnataka, this special edition features bronze colored headrests and elephant motifs.
Hyundai Creta Electric
Claimed range: 473 km
Its starting price is ₹ 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Creta Electric has been provided with features like two battery options and Level-2 ADAS.
Mahindra XEV 9e and BE 6
Claimed range: 656 km and 682 km
Mahindra introduced its new electric SUVs, XEV 9e and BE 6. Their starting prices are ₹ 21.90 lakh and ₹ 18.90 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively.
Kia EV6 Facelift
Claimed range: 650 km
It will be launched in March 2025. It has new LED DRLs and updated interior.
VinFast Lineup
Vietnamese manufacturer Vinfast introduced the VF 3, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, VF e34 and VF Wild Pickup concepts. Among these, the range of VF 3 is 215 km and the range of VF 8 is 480 km.
BMW iX1 LWB (BMW iX1 LWB)
Claimed range: 531 km
BMW launches iX1 LWB at a price of ₹49 lakh (ex-showroom). It has a 66.4 kWh battery and premium features.
Porsche Macan EV and Taycan
Claimed range: 590 km and 630 km
Porsche showcased its two flagship EVs, the Makaan EV and the Taycan.
Mercedes-Benz G-Class Electric and EQS SUV
Mercedes launches G580 Electric for ₹3 crore (ex-showroom) and EQS SUV Night Series for ₹2.63 crore.
