Kartik Aaryan’s parents only permitted him to relocate to Mumbai to pursue a career in engineering. However, the actor went on to become one of the most sought-after performers in the Hindi cinema business after showcasing his talent over the last ten years. However, he recently acknowledged that he was missing out on opportunities to insiders.
In an interview with SCREEN, Kartik Aaryan shared, “Meri bhi opportunities kai baar aise gai hai jahan pe mujhe aisa laga ki maybe I should have gotten the opportunity rather than someone who is from the family or whatever (I have also lost opportunities where I thought I should have gotten the opportunity rather than someone who is from the family or whatever).”
He added that since they were born into that household, they are not at blame for anything that occurs. He would have suffered the same fate if he had been born there. “It’s not their fault. I have made my peace with it,” he added.
According to the debutante of Pyaar Ka Punchnama, when such comparisons are made, people ought to look at the types of producers and creators that outsiders are getting opportunities with in contrast to insiders.
The actor said that even while comparing the quantity of films they have worked on, one should take into account the people they have had the opportunity to collaborate with. “I think that is a comparison which can be fair,” he exclaimed.
