Hyderabad: The recently released Telugu film Sankranthiki Vastunnam continues its record-breaking run, collecting ₹12.75 crore on its fifth day in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This makes it the second-highest Day 5 grosser of all time in theTelugu states, surpassing films like Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (₹11.35 crore), Baahubali 2 (₹11.35 crore) and Kalki (₹10.86 crore).
The film’s worldwide collections have reached ₹161 crore in just five days, bringing it close to the ₹200 crore milestone. If it achieves this, it will be the first film of Venkatesh Daggubati’s career to enter the ₹200 crore club.
Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the movie stars Venkatesh Daggubati, Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary in lead roles. Produced by Dil Raju and Sirish, music composed by Bheems Ceciroleo. Sankranthiki Vastunnam was released on January 14, 2025.
