It is a uniquely close bond. “Together, we have saved the world from tyranny and worked for our mutual security and prosperity.” He said, “Because of President Trump's long-standing affection and historic ties with the United Kingdom, I know the depth of the friendship will continue. “The United Kingdom and the United States will work together to ensure the success of both our countries and for people on both sides of the Atlantic.”
