New Delhi New Delhi: After the successful completion of the first Kho-Kho World Cup, Kho-Kho Federation of India (KKFI) President Sudhanshu Mittal announced the venue for the next edition of the tournament, with Birmingham being chosen to host the 2027 World Cup. The captains expressed their feelings on the victory while handing over the trophy to the KKFI President and Secretary. According to a press release from KKFI, coaches of both the teams, Sumit Bhatia, Munni June (women's team) and Ashwini Sharma (men's team) also expressed their gratitude to the federation for organizing the event and helping the sport gain global recognition. Addressing the press, Chairman Mittal said, “KKWC 2025 was a huge success. We are happy to announce that the next Kho-Kho World Cup will be held in Birmingham, England in 2026-2027.
