An American and a Canadian died after attending the Electric Daisy Carnival Thailand 2025 in Thailand’s Phuket last Saturday.
The victims were identified as 28-year-old Canadian Sharfaraz Maqbul Ahmed and 32-year-old American Minh Nguyen Quang Phan. Both collapsed at the event and were rushed to Thalang Hospital that night, The Nation reported.
Despite attempts to revive them, they were pronounced dead at the hospital, according to local police.
The causes of their deaths have not yet been confirmed by hospital staff or authorities, the Bangkok Post reported.
