New Delhi: The Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad, will issue the MICA Admission Test (MICAT) admit card 2025 phase 2 today, January 22. Once the MICAT admit card is out, candidates can download it from the official website, mica.ac.in. The MICAT 2025 phase 2 exam is scheduled to be conducted on January 25. The MICAT admit card and a valid photo identity proof such as aadhar card, PAN card or voter ID card must be mandatorily carried by candidates on the exam day.
The details mentioned in the MICAT admit card are the name of the candidate, roll number, photograph, signature, exam date, exam time, exam centre details, guidelines to follow and other necessary information. To download the admit card, candidates first need to go to the official website and then on the homepage click on the MICAT admit card link. A login page will appear where candidates need to enter the application number and password. After submitting the details, the admit card PDF will appear on the screen. Check the details mentioned in it and if there are any discrepancies on it, candidates must immediately contact the concerned department for rectification.
MICAT exam pattern
MICAT will be conducted as a computer-based test with the question paper divided into three sections with both objective and descriptive questions. Candidates will first have to appear for the psychometric test, then the descriptive test and finally the aptitude test. The exam will be conducted for a duration of two hours and 15 minutes.
As per the marking scheme, for the correct response, one mark will be given. For each wrong attempt, 0.25 marks will be deducted. However, there were no negative markings in the psychometric and descriptive tests.
Why MICAT is conducted?
The MICAT entrance exam is held to shortlist candidates for admission to the two-year Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management Communications (PGDM-C) programme. Every year the exam is conducted in two slots.
