New Delhi- Eknath Shinde's party Shiv Sena has announced its support to the Bharatiya Janata Party in the assembly elections. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde issued a letter on Tuesday declaring support for all BJP candidates.
Eknath Shinde will support BJP in Delhi elections
Shinde said in his statement that Shiv Sena party has been the torch bearer of Hindutva ideology of Hindu heart emperor Balasaheb Thackeray. Being a part of the National Democratic Alliance led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Shiv Sena will support and actively participate in all BJP candidates in the Delhi elections.
BJP is working hard
The leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party are working hard to register victory in Delhi elections. The party has made many big leaders candidates. Also, BJP has planned large-scale rallies before the elections, in which many senior leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, JP Nadda, and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will participate.
Prime Minister Modi's rallies will be organized in the last week of January. Apart from this, BJP will organize 14 rallies from January 23 with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath as its main face to attract Purvanchal voters.
All parties keeping an eye on Purvanchali voters in Delhi
Yogi Adityanath will hold rallies in various areas of Delhi such as Kirari, Outer Delhi, Keshavpuram, Shahdara, Karol Bagh, and Mehrauli. BJP has also fielded popular faces of Purvanchal like Ravi Kishan, Manoj Tiwari, and Nirahua in the campaign. On the other hand, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party have also fielded their leaders to woo Purvanchali voters.
When will Delhi Assembly 2025 elections be held?
Voting for the 2025 assembly elections in Delhi will be held on February 5, while the results will be declared on February 8. This time there are 1 crore 55 lakh 24 thousand 858 voters in 70 assembly constituencies of Delhi.
