It is reported that recently Monali had gone to Dinhata Festival in Cooch Behar, West Bengal. She was performing live on stage and started having trouble breathing.
Monali left the stage after her health deteriorated and she was taken to Dinhata sub-district hospital. The singer was later admitted to a private hospital in Cooch Behar, where she is currently undergoing treatment.
