Brendon McCullum's son is following in his father's footsteps, hitting fours and sixes while standing.
Former New Zealand cricketer and current head coach of the England cricket team, Brendon McCullum is currently on a tour of India where the English team under him will play a five-match T20 series followed by a three-match ODI series. Due to the stormy batting that McCullum used to do during his time, he has also become a topic of discussion outside the field through his press conferences, but at present, along with him, his son is also in the limelight.
Brendon McCullum's son Riley McCullum is currently in the news on social media and the reason is his son's aggressive batting style like his father. Riley, 20, was part of the seventh edition of the T20 Black Clash, an annual celebrity match played between some of the biggest names in New Zealand cricket and rugby.
Riley, representing team rugby under Kieran Read, rubbed shoulders with Universe boss Chris Gayle. As a rival to uncle Nathan McCullum, Brendon's younger brother, the left-handed batsman made the most of the opportunity to bat at No. 7. Chasing the target of 211 runs, Riley's team lost the match by 5 runs, but he left no stone unturned to leave his mark.
