With a plethora of models vying for attention, we’ve handpicked three standout scooters that truly captivated audiences.

Honda Electrifying the Future

Honda said some really good things in Expo by showcasing two electric scooters. On the lower side, Honda plans to bring this democratization of electric mobility in its affordable version of Rs 90,000 with the QC1. While the Activa E goes for Rs 1.17 lakh, all the way to the RoadSync Duo at Rs 1.52 lakh. These launches reinforce Honda’s commitment to the expanding electric two-wheeler market in India.

Suzuki Accessing the Electric Era

Suzuki, known for its fuel-efficient motorcycles and scooters, entered the Indian electric vehicle market with E-Access. The new electric scooter is designed in-house and is fully manufactured in India, for the Indian and international markets. To complete the package, Suzuki also announced an updated Access 125, priced at Rs 81,700, further reinforcing its stand in the more conventional scooter space.

Ampere Expanding Horizons

Ampere, one of the most popular names in the Indian electric two-wheeler market, unveiled a wide range of electric bikes and scooters at the Expo. The Xpress scooter, with its impressive 200 km range on a single charge and support for both AC and DC fast charging, was one of the showstoppers. In addition, Ampere unveiled the Express B2B e-scooter, specifically designed for corporate usage, and introduced two new variants of the Nexus: the Exec and S Turismo, both featuring high-performance motors and a quicker method of charging.

The Auto Expo 2025 has undoubtedly set the stage for an exciting future in the scooter segment.
