Ajay Maken said, today I want to present the first episode of 'AAP's sins' in front of everyone. There is a leader in Delhi who formed his party so that he could fight against corruption. At that time, Kejriwal used to accuse Congress only on the basis of CAG report. At present, there are 14 such reports of CAG, in which there are serious allegations of corruption against the Kejriwal government, but now those reports are not coming out. In such a situation, we want to ask Kejriwal ji that how is there a scam of Rs 382 crore in health related matters in this report?
He further said, the CAG report says that only three hospitals were completed in Delhi in the last 10 years. One of these has an extension and was started during the time of Congress. But not only did it take more time to build these hospitals, more money was spent than what was tendered for. Rs 314 crore were spent unnecessarily in building Indira Gandhi Hospital, Rs 41 crore in building Burari Hospital and Rs 26 crore in building Maulana Azad Hospital.
The Congress leader further said, the CAG report says that between 2007-15, 15 plots were acquired by the Delhi government, but work has not started anywhere. Of the money received for infrastructure projects from 2016-17 to 2021-22, Rs 2,623 crore could not be spent, which later lapsed. During Corona, Kejriwal received Rs 635 crore from the Central Government, out of which he could not spend Rs 360 crore, while at that time people in Delhi were yearning for oxygen and beds. AAP said in four different budgets that we will build 32,000-bed hospitals in Delhi, but built only 1,235-bed hospitals. Because of these figures, Kejriwal does not want the CAG report to be revealed to the people of Delhi.
Ajay Maken further said, there is unemployment in Delhi, but there are 8,194 vacant posts in the health sector. 3,268 in Department of Health and Family Welfare, 1532 in DGHS, 1036 in State Health Mission, 75 in Drug Control Department, 503 in MAMC, 581 in Loknayak Hospital, 580 in Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty, 298 in Janakpuri, Chacha Nehru Children's Hospital. 322 Here 21% nursing staff, 30% paramedics There is a shortage of staff and 30% specialist doctors. Kejriwal has given such a medical model to Delhi.

Also said, the condition of Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital is that 6 modular, semi-modular operation theatres, stone centre, transplant ICU, 77 private-special rooms, 16 ICU beds, 154 general beds are not operational here. Resident doctors are not functional. In Janakpuri Super Specialty Hospital, 7 operation theatres, kitchen, blood bank, emergency, medical gas pipeline, 10 CCU beds, 200 general beds are not functioning. The bed occupancy rate here is 20-40%. Chacha Nehru Children's Hospital is the largest children's hospital, where the waiting time for children's surgery is 12 months. 10 essential equipments do not work in the operation theater here.
Ajay Maken further said, the capacity of X-rays per day in Chacha Nehru Children's Hospital is 330, whereas only 109 X-rays are being done. The capacity of ultrasound is 35, while 7 are being done. City-Scan capacity is 12, but only 3 are happening. Similar is the condition of super specialty hospitals of Delhi. Many hospitals in Delhi do not have ICU, blood bank, oxygen, ambulance, mortuary service. CAT ambulance does not have essential equipment like cardiac monitor, transport ventilator, glucometer, wheelchair, BP operator, stethoscope, portable oxygen, delivery kit. This is Kejriwal's health model, which has been exposed by CAG.
