Spinach Recipe: Make this recipe with spinach in winters
Spinach and paneer curry is a delicious and nutritious dish. It helps in keeping the body warm especially in winter.
Ingredients to make Spinach and Paneer curry
Spinach – 2 cups
Paneer – 100 grams
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Green chilli – 2
Ginger
Garlic
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
Oil
First of all, wash and clean the spinach thoroughly and make a paste by boiling it. While boiling spinach, you can add a little salt to it.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger, garlic and green chilli and fry.
Now add onion and fry until onion becomes light golden.
Then add tomatoes and cook. When the tomatoes become soft, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and fry.
After this add boiled spinach paste and mix well. Add water and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
Finally add cheese pieces and mix the vegetables well. Now your Palak Paneer curry is ready.
Serve it hot with roti, paratha or rice.
