The car has SUV-like styling including wide, rectangular front and rear bumpers and raised black cladding. It runs on 17 inch alloy wheels. It has skid plates at the front and rear that provide extra safety while driving on rough roads. The company is introducing Inster Cross with a new shade of green. This shade will be exclusive to this crossover variant. The car will come with a new color and trim combination: lime-yellow accents with gray cloth.
Inside, the Inster Cross will come with a new color and trim combination: gray cloth with lime-yellow accents. The trim will be complemented by lime-yellow accents on the dashboard. Like the base model, the Inster Cross will come standard with many features typically found in higher segment cars.
Display
The Inster Cross has an electric motor, powered by a 49kWh battery. The motor unit produces 115bhp of power and 147Nm of torque. Hyundai claims that it accelerates from zero to 100 kmph in 10.6 seconds and has a top speed of around 150 kmph. The most important aspect which is the range, the claimed range of the Inster is around 360 km on a full charge. Hyundai is offering an ADAS package, which includes adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and avoidance assist.
Production of the Inster Cross is underway at Hyundai's manufacturing plant in Korea. The on-road price of the Inster Cross with 49kWh battery pack is £28,745 (approximately Rs 30.53 lakh).
