- Galaxy S25 Ultra: This premium model begins at $1,300 for 256GB storage and 12GB RAM, with 512GB and 1TB options priced at $1,420 and $1,660, respectively.
Colour Options
The S25 and S25+ come in four standard colours: navy, mint, icy blue, and silver shadow. Online-exclusive shades include blue-black, coral red, and pink gold.
The S25 Ultra offers black, gray, silverblue, and white-silver, alongside online-only jadegreen, jetblack, and pinkgold options.
