While Samson got out, Abhishek tore into the English bowling attack. India sped to the target in only 12.5 overs, winning with 7 wickets in hand and 43 balls remaining.
The left-handed opener dominated the chase, smashing 79 runs off 34 balls. Abhishek Sharma clobbered 5 fours and 8 sixes in his charged-up innings.
