Children born in America will continue to get citizenship, court banned Trump's most 'big order'
New Delhi: US new President Donald Trump took several major decisions as soon as the president was sworn in as the president, including ending birthright. But now Donald Trump has suffered a setback. The court has stayed the biggest order of President Trump. The judge clearly has an unconstitutional agreement -the day. Considering the petition of the four Democratic ruled states, the US Federal Court judge John Kafner has ordered the Trump administration to stop implementing the order temporarily.
'Order is unconstitutional'
Trump is from the Republican Party. After the swearing in, he ordered American agencies to refuse citizenship to children born in America. Let us tell you that this citizenship system was for children whose parents are neither American citizens nor legally permanent residents. Justice Kafenner prohibited the order, saying, “I do not understand how a law manufacturer can say that this order is constitutional. It is beyond my comprehension. It is clearly unconstitutional order.” Democratic ruled states such as Washington, Arizona, Illinois and Oregan claim that Trump's order violates the right to citizenship given in the 14th amendment of the US Constitution. It states that any person born in America is a citizen of this country.
Case against Trump
Trump's order was filed against the American Civil Liberty Union (ACLU), migrant organizations and a pregnant woman. Due to this, a big judicial battle has started for him as soon as Trump is sworn in. Trump's order is being challenged in these cases. Let us tell you that every year about 1.5 lakh such children get citizenship in America. Also read- VHP conference in Prayagraj Mahakumbh from today, JPC meeting on Waqf Bill will start at 11 am
