ICC Men's ODI Team 2024: ICC has selected its ODI team for 2024; Know- who was made the captain and which players got the place
ICC Men’s ODI Team 2024: The ICC Men's ODI Team of the Year for the year 2024 has been announced. Star players from different teams who performed brilliantly last year have been included in this team. At the same time, the captaincy of this team has been handed over to Charith Asalanka of Sri Lanka. Maximum four Sri Lankan players have been successful in making it to the ICC Men's ODI Team of the Year for 2024. These include the names of Pathum Nissanka, Kusal Mendis, Wanindu Hasaranga and Charith Asalanka. The names of three players from Pakistan – Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf and Sam Ayub are included in this team. ICC has included three players from Afghanistan in its ODI team – Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Azmatullah Omarzai and AM Ghazanfar. Only West Indies player Sherfane Rutherford has been successful in making a place in this team.
