Perfect dish for Breakfast is Oats Dhokla
� Ingredients
Ragi flour
Oats flour
Urad dal
Curd
Salt
chilli powder
Baking soda or eno powder
Finely green coriander
Green chilly
Grated ginger-garlic
Finely carrots, tomatoes and onions (optional)
Material for tempering
Mustard oil
Green chilli
Rye
Cumin
red chilli
Curry leaf

�विधि (Recipe)
First of all, soak urad dal for a while. After this, remove the water and grind it in a grinder.
Now mix ragi and oats flour in a bowl. Mix urad dal and curd and whisk it well.
– If you want, you can keep the batter ready at night. Now add water and prepare a thick batter.
– Remove this batter in the morning and beat it once again.
– Add king soda or eno powder, salt, fine green coriander, green chillies, grated ginger-garlic, fine carrots, tomatoes and onions.
Now heat the steamer and grease the oil in the plate and spread the batter. After half an hour, check whether the dhokla was cooked or not.
– After this, heat the oil. Apply mustard seeds, green chillies, red chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds in it.
– Spread this tempering over the dhokla. Garnish with fine green coriander and lemon juice.
