UP Road Accident: 6 people including four MBBS students died in two road accidents in Amroha, UP.

Lucknow, 4 December. Four students died when a speeding car collided with a parked DCM (truck) at Atrasi in Rajabpur on the Delhi-Lucknow National Highway in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, while two youths riding a bike were crushed by a truck in Gajraula, due to which they died on the spot. This accident happened late on Wednesday night. According to eyewitnesses, the collision between the car and the DCM was so strong that the car was completely damaged, due to which the people sitting in it died on the spot.

As soon as the information was received, the police immediately reached the spot and sent the bodies for post-mortem. The forensic team and policemen remained at the spot throughout the night and conducted investigation to find out the cause of the accident. It is being said that the four deceased were MBBS students of Venkateshwara University. On receiving information about the accident, university officials also reached the spot. The deceased are being identified, and their families are being informed.

A police team from Rajabpur police station inspected the spot and efforts are being made to find out the exact cause of the accident. In another tragic incident the same night, two youth were killed when a truck and a motorcycle collided at around 8:45 pm on Gajraula National Highway 9 in Amroha. According to the official, the deceased have been identified as Deepak and Nitin of Sona Khurd village of Lakhimpur Kheri, who were returning home from Gurugram. Police reached the spot, took possession of the bodies and sent them for post-mortem.

Station House Officer Manoj Kumar confirmed the incident and said that two people died in the road accident. He further said that the police have prepared the Panchnama of both the dead bodies and further legal action is underway. Police officials have started searching for the truck on the basis of CCTV footage installed nearby.
