Kal Ka Mausam: There will be heavy rain in these states of the country tomorrow, alert issued

Kal Ka Mausam: Many cities of North India are in the grip of severe cold and cold wave these days. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain in four states of the country, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry, due to which the temperature may go down further. Due to rain, the maximum temperature in Himachal Pradesh may be recorded below 10 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature in many areas may be recorded below 5 degrees Celsius. As the cold increases, people have been advised to take special precautions.

Along with this, alert of dense fog has been issued in ten major cities of North India, Kanpur, Lucknow, Delhi, Agra, Shimla, Nainital, Dehradun, Prayagraj, Manali and Chandigarh. Due to dense fog, visibility will be very low, due to which road and rail traffic may be affected. There is also a possibility of cold wind blowing at a speed of 15 to 20 kilometers per hour in the morning, which will make the weather more cold.

The air quality in the national capital Delhi remained in the ‘very poor’ category on Friday also. Pollution is expected to increase further on Saturday, December 6. The effect of cold wave will also remain. According to estimates, the maximum temperature of Delhi can be around 24 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature can be around 7 degrees Celsius.

There will be severe cold in Uttar Pradesh also on December 6 and a drop in temperature will be seen. Cold wave alert has been issued in Kanpur, Bareilly, Agra, Tundla, Barabanki, Muzaffarnagar and Gautam Buddha Nagar. The minimum temperature is continuously going down in many districts of the state, due to which people are facing chill.

The coming week may be difficult in Bihar. According to the Meteorological Department, a drop of up to 4 degrees Celsius in temperature may be seen in many districts. There is a possibility of further increase in cold in Patna, Bhojpur, Saran, Buxar, Gopalganj, East Champaran and West Champaran. In such a situation, people have been advised to take special care of health and safety.

In Jharkhand too, ‘Yellow Alert’ of cold wave has been issued in more than 12 districts from December 6. The minimum temperature is likely to drop below 10 degrees Celsius in many parts of the state. The effect of cold will remain intense in Palamu, Chatra, Garhwa, Gumla, Latehar, Lohardaga, Simdega, Khunti, Ranchi, Ramgarh and Bokaro for the next 48 hours.

There are signs of increasing severe winter in Rajasthan also. The temperature is expected to drop further by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius in the northern parts of the state in the coming week. At some places in the Shekhawati region, the minimum temperature may go up to 3 to 5 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of cold wave here too, due to which the cold may increase further.
