New update on Bihar teacher recruitment, education department asked for vacancies in a week
BPSC TRE 4: So far 14 districts have sent information about vacant seats to the Education Department for the appointment of teachers for the fourth phase (TRE-4) in Bihar. The remaining 24 districts have been instructed to send the vacancies within a week.
In a meeting held through video conferencing by Dr. B. Rajender, Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, instructions were given to send the vacancies to the District Education Officers of all the districts of the state.
Amidst speculations, the Speaker of the Assembly said – Discussion continues in politics, talk only when it bears fruit.
He asked for timely payment of teachers’ salaries. Additional Chief Secretary said that the financial year is about to end. In such a situation, only 28 districts have submitted the utility certificate to the Accountant General’s office.
Whereas the certificate has not been received yet from Nawada, Kaimur, Rohtas, Gopalganj districts. Information regarding appointments on compassionate grounds was taken in the meeting.
During this period, based on the reports received from various districts, 748 dependents have not been appointed yet. There are 641 school clerks and 107 school attendants.
