Chief Minister Hemant Soren appeared in MP-MLA court, granted bail in ED summons disregard case

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren appeared in the MP-MLA court of Ranchi on Saturday. At 1 o’clock in the afternoon, the Chief Minister arrived in the court along with Advocate General Rajeev Ranjan. After the order of the High Court, the Chief Minister had to appear in the court only on Saturday.

In the court, he filled two bail bonds of Rs 7000 each for bail. The court granted him bail in this case. The next hearing in the case of disregarding ED summons will now be held on December 12. On the orders of the High Court, the CM had to appear in the MP-MLA court. In the complaint filed by the ED, it has been said that 10 summons were sent to Hemant Soren in the land scam case, out of which he appeared before the ED only on two summons. ED says that this falls under the category of disobeying the summons.
