Nokia 800 Tough : Last month, news of extension of the licensing deal between HMD Global and Nokia was revealed. It is expected that the first results of this renewed partnership may soon be visible in the market. According to reports, the tech company is preparing a new rugged keypad phone, which will be the second generation model of Nokia 800 Tough. Nokia 800 Tough was launched in 2019. It had a big battery and users also got pre-installed apps like Facebook and WhatsApp. The changes in the new version will not be very big but some upgrades may be seen. According to the leak, this time the old microUSB port will be removed in the phone and a USB Type-C port will be given. Additionally, the software will also be updated from KaiOS 2.5.2 to KaiOS 3.1.

speaker grill
The tipster has also shared a render of the phone in which its design appears almost the same as before. A single camera sensor is provided on the back side with which an LED flash and a speaker grill can be seen on the other side.
Dust Resistance
Looking at the company’s previous lineup, it is expected that the new Nokia 800 Tough (2nd Gen) will also come with IP68 water and dust resistance. Apart from this, it is also likely to get MIL-STD-810G certification, which can help in protecting it from falls and shocks.
Battery
The original Nokia 800 Tough had a 2.4-inch TFT display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 205 chipset, 512MB RAM and 2MP rear camera. Apart from this, the phone had Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and 2,100mAh battery.
