BJP President JP Nadda’s big attack on Hemant Soren, appeal for freedom from Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, inauguration of party office in Deoghar

Deoghar: National President of Bharatiya Janata Party and Union Minister Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, in the State Workers’ Conference held in Deoghar, Jharkhand, made sharp attacks on the present government of the state and expressed confidence of BJP’s victory in the upcoming assembly elections. He said that people are continuously blessing BJP across the country and now the lotus is sure to bloom in Jharkhand too. JP Nadda inaugurated BJP offices in Gumla and Deoghar.

Nadda said in his address that BJP is the only ideological party in the country whose base is service, good governance and poor welfare. On the contrary, he accused Hemant Soren government of “betrayal” of the people of Jharkhand. He said that there is a web of sand, mines, contracts and corruption at every level in the state and this government has become not “Abua Sarkar” but “Thaguwa Sarkar”.

He said that crimes have continuously increased in Jharkhand. The state tops the country in cases of murder and honor killings. More than 10 thousand rape cases were registered in the year 2024, which is a sign of major administrative collapse. Nadda also termed the cases like lathi charge on devotees at Sidho-Kanhu site on the occasion of Hool Day and Surya Hansda murder case as serious.

BJP President prominently raised the issue of illegal infiltration in Santhal Pargana and said that the demographic balance is changing due to infiltration taking place under administrative protection. While the tribal population was 45% in 1951, it has now come down to 28%. The lack of investigation despite the order of the High Court shows the intention of the government. He said that at many places infiltrators are trying to capture the land of the local poor, fights are taking place, and conspiracies to grab land through marriage under the “Jamai Model” are also coming to light.

Nadda also said that BJP has done a lot of work in expanding the organization. Today, 617 modern district offices have been completed across the country, which include Deoghar and Gumla. He said that under the leadership of Modi government, the country has become the fourth largest economy, and AIIMS, medical colleges, airports, Vande Bharat trains and road projects in Jharkhand have given new impetus to development.

He also accused the Hemant government of not fulfilling promises like employment, gas cylinders, support price for farmers and health insurance. Nadda said that the people of Jharkhand want change and BJP workers will ensure better governance by blooming lotus in the state in the coming elections.
