‘Rahul Gandhi is the Bhasmasur of Indian politics’, BJP’s sharp attack on Congress, said- swallowed everyone

BJP Bhasmasur Remark on Rahul Gandhi: The war of words in Indian politics has now reached a new and very sharp turn. On Saturday, Bharatiya Janata Party’s national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia made the biggest attack so far on Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. Describing Rahul Gandhi as the ‘Bhasmasura of Indian politics’, he said that while the whole world is watching Russian President Putin’s visit to India and his friendship with Prime Minister Modi, a camp in the Congress is mourning. Bhatia alleged that Rahul Gandhi does not see the growing credibility of the country but only his personal politics.

Gaurav Bhatia raised questions on Rahul Gandhi’s absence in important programs and called him an immature and irresponsible leader. He said that despite being the leader of the opposition, Rahul is neither seen on Independence Day, nor on Republic Day, nor at the swearing-in of the new Chief Justice, but if George Soros calls him, he will reach there even at 5 in the morning. Bhatia reminded that Rahul Gandhi has met the Prime Ministers of Bangladesh, Mauritius and New Zealand in the last few months, yet the Congress is creating unnecessary drama over the invitation.

Become a threat to allies

Elaborating on Bhasmasur’s comment, BJP spokesperson said that wherever Rahul Gandhi goes, he harms his own allies. He weakened Sharad Pawar and Uddhav Thackeray in Maharashtra, caused damage to Arvind Kejriwal’s party during the Lok Sabha elections in Delhi and did not spare Tejashwi Yadav’s party in Bihar. Bhatia claimed that now Rahul Gandhi is trying his best to harm Akhilesh Yadav in Uttar Pradesh as well. According to him, the situation to which Rahul Gandhi has brought Congress is visible to everyone and now he is doing the same to his colleagues.

siege on constitution and foreign policy

Gaurav Bhatia described the old policies of Congress as the root of Article 370 and China-Pakistan dispute. He said that Congress gave importance to China instead of India in UNSC. Furthermore, he accused Mamata Banerjee and India Bloc of hating Hinduism and turning infiltrators into vote banks. Referring to the incidents of Humayun Kabir, he said that the country is not run by Sharia but by the Constitution. Bhatia advised Rahul Gandhi to read the Constitution as he was continuously making misrepresentations on Article 35 and UCC.
