Gujarat Govt: Gujarat Government to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel ‘Sardar @150 National March’ Is organizing. The padyatra that started from Narmada district on Tuesday is going to the Statue of Unity. Padyatra is becoming an important medium to spread the message of social harmony, national unity and inspirational leadership across the country. Many dignitaries including Union Minister Mansukhbhai Mandaviya participated in the padayatra. During the padyatra, huge enthusiasm was seen among the people.

During the Padyatra, floral tributes were offered to the statue of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on the occasion of Mahaparinirvan Diwas. Everyone was remembering him while paying tribute. This moment strengthened the nation’s commitment to equality, social justice and the values of the Constitution.

What is the purpose of this walk?

The aim of the Padayatra is to strengthen the sense of national pride in the coming generations. Citizens welcomed the pedestrians at various places along the yatra route. He appreciated the efforts made by the government to spread the ideas of Sardar Patel to the public.
