These canter buses will be operated for the convenience of tourists in other national parks and tourist places of the state including Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Pench, Panna, Parsili (Sidhi). Will go.”
It is noteworthy that with the operation of these new buses, safari management will be better in Panna National Park and other national parks also. Now a large number of tourists will get the opportunity of safari simultaneously and the crowd of tourists can be controlled effectively. The Tourism Department believes that with the addition of new facilities, the number of tourists coming to the state will increase and the state will become a major center of wildlife tourism. These 10 canter buses started in Panna National Park will prove to be a big step in this direction and will open doors to new possibilities in the field of tourism in the coming times.
It is noteworthy that Panna National Park is a major attraction for wildlife lovers in the country and abroad. Thousands of tourists come here every year to closely see the natural habitat of tigers, leopards and other rare creatures. Due to increasing tourist numbers, it had become necessary to improve the availability and quality of safari vehicles.
The specialty of the new Canter buses is that they can seat 19 tourists simultaneously. These Canter buses are made longer and higher. Their height and structure is such that tourists can view the vast expanse of wildlife in the forest without any hindrance. The safety provisions in these buses have been improved especially keeping in mind the children and senior citizens.
The availability of these buses will provide great relief to those tourists who often miss the opportunity of safari due to lack of online booking. Earlier, the safari slots used to fill up very quickly and many times the tourists were not able to do the safari even after reaching the National Park. But now under the new system, tourists will be able to book at the entry gate of the National Park only. The per person fee to enjoy safari in the new Canter buses has been fixed at around Rs 1150 to Rs 1450 per round, which has been decided keeping in mind the budget of the general tourist.
