Whereas, if we talk about the case related to kidnapping and gangrape of 2017, then the actress was kidnapped on the night of February 17, 2017. According to the case records, accused number 1 Sunil NS forcibly entered the actress’s car. It is also known as Pulsar Suni. He along with five other people assaulted the actress in a moving car and recorded a video of the crime. This also includes gag rape. According to the information, it is being told that the names of 10 people had come forward in this case, in which the name of actor Dilip was also included. Trial was going on on them.

It is being told that during the hearing of this case, some were acquitted while some had already become approvers. Along with Pulsar Suni and Dilip, the trial was conducted on Martin Antony, Manikandan B, Vijeesh VP, Salim H alias Vadiwal Salim, Pradeep, Charlie Thomas, Sanilkumar alias Mesthiri Sanil and G Sarath. In this case, 261 witnesses were interrogated and out of these, 28 witnesses retracted their statements. The trial in the case started on March 8, 2018.
