More than 12 thousand Daivebho will be regularized

Bhopal Municipal Corporation preparing to provide big relief to employees

Bhopal. A major decision is going to be taken regarding the future of daily wage earners (Daivebho) employees and regulated employees working for a long time in Bhopal Municipal Corporation. Preparations for regularization of more than 12 thousand Daivebho employees and regularization of 1215 regulated employees in the corporation have been intensified. In this regard, the corporation officials have started preparing the draft of the proposal, which will be placed in the council meeting to be held on December 30.
The Corporation Council believes that this issue has been pending for years and the employees should get their rights. Many Daivebho employees have been working in the 29-day system for 10 to 15 years, but till now they have not been able to get the status of permanent employees. After the proposal is passed, it will be sent for government approval, after which the process will be implemented. Mayor Malti Rai has already announced to bring this proposal in the meeting. At the same time, Council President Kishan Suryavanshi has confirmed that a proposal related to regularization and regulation will be brought in the next meeting. Now once again there is hope among the employees that after a long wait they will be able to get the benefit of stability.
