Major administrative reshuffle in Bihar, DM of 13 districts transferred… Amrita Bains gets command of Arwal
Bihar : Bihar government has made major changes in the state administrative structure on Monday. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar-led government announced the appointment of new District Magistrates (DM) in 13 districts. This freshness is expected to bring new momentum in the administrative work and development activities of the state. This step of rotation of officers has been considered necessary to maintain balance and efficiency in the administration.
Shrikant Shastri becomes the new District Magistrate of Begusarai
Let us tell you that in this reshuffle, the current DM of Aurangabad Shrikant Shastri has been made the new District Magistrate of Begusarai. Madhepura DM Taranjot Singh has been transferred to West Champaran (Bettiah). Sheohar DM Vivek Ranjan Maitreya will now be the new DM of Siwan. Meanwhile, Arwal DM Abhilasha Sharma has been given the responsibility of Aurangabad. Ashutosh Dwivedi, Joint Secretary, Building Construction Department, has been made the District Magistrate of Katihar.
Pratibha Rani appointed as new DM of Shivhar
Pratibha Rani, project director of Bihar AIDS Control Society, has been appointed DM of Sheohar. Director of Information and Public Relations Department, Vaibhav Srivastava will now be the District Magistrate of Saran (Chhapra). Vinod Doohan, Director of Mines and Geological Department, has been made the DM of Araria, Abhishek Ranjan, Director of Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, Madhepura, Shekhar Anand, Director of Technical Development of Industry Department, has been made DM of Shekhpura.
Amrita Bains becomes the new DM of Arwal
Apart from this, Energy Department OSD Amrita Bains has been appointed Arwal, Primary Education Department Director Sahila Buxar and Agriculture Department Director Nitin Kumar Singh has been appointed District Magistrate of Kaimur (Bhabhua). In this way, DM level officers have been deployed in a total of 13 districts, which will help in the speed and smooth operation of administrative work.
