T20 statistics have not been in India’s favor at Barabati Stadium

The Barabati Stadium in Cuttack has not seen many high-scoring T20 matches so far. A total of three T20 International matches have been played on this ground. The last T20 match was played in June 2022. In these three matches, the Indian team has won only one match, while it has faced defeat in two matches. India’s only win was against Sri Lanka. On this pitch, fast bowlers generally prove to be more effective than spin bowlers. Due to dew falling in the evening, batting becomes easier in the second innings, due to which the team bowling first after winning the toss can get the advantage.
