However, what caught everyone’s attention was that the groom was missing from almost all the pictures of Roopal’s wedding. While Roopal looked gorgeous in her bridal pictures, Nomish was largely missing from her personal wedding album. Fans got a glimpse of him only in pictures shared by friends.

For her wedding, Roopal Tyagi chose a traditional red lehenga. Instead of artificial jewellery, she wore her mother’s family gold jewellery, which included a necklace, earrings, hathphool and kada. Clad in gold jewellery, the actress looked gorgeous.

Adding a personal touch, Roopal revealed that the belt of her lehenga had the couple’s names — half her name and half her husband’s — creatively written with #RooNom.

How did Rupal meet Nomish?

Roopal met Nomish through a common friend in Mumbai two years ago. Nomish works behind the camera in the animation industry and currently lives in Los Angeles.

Before marrying Nomish, Roopal had two relationships. Earlier she was dating her co-actor Ankit Gera, but this relationship ended badly when she came to know that Ankit was also dating actress Adaa Khan at the same time.

In an interview with ETimes in 2014, Roopal revealed that Ankit had lied to her about his breakup with Ada. Later, both the actresses realized that they were being misled. Eventually, Roopal confronts Ankit and slaps him after he cheats repeatedly, ending the relationship forever.
