Little movement in gold on MCX
No major change was seen in gold prices in today’s trade.
on mcx 10 grams gold ₹130,475 Traded at, i.e. at a price of approx. ₹13 (0.01%) There was a slight increase.
At the previous close, gold was ₹ 130,462, which fell slightly in the morning to ₹ 130,431. After this there was some recovery till afternoon.
Silver fell by 0.32%
Today silver started at ₹181,600 per kg, lower than the previous close of ₹183,408 per kg.
Silver on MCX at noon ₹182,821 Seen trading down around 0.32%.
That means those who bought silver got some relief today.

- Gold Feb Contract: Fell 0.04% to ₹130,409
- Silver March Contract: 1% fall to ₹181,600
2:23 pm—
- Gold Feb Futures: increased to ₹130,535
- Silver March Futures: Fell to ₹182,965
That means gold went up gradually, while silver remained under constant pressure.
24 carat gold increased by ₹ 210
There was an increase in gold rates in Delhi today.
New prices-
- 24 karat gold: ₹130,350 / 10 grams (increase of ₹210)
- 22 carat gold: ₹119,488 / 10 grams
- 18 karat gold: ₹97,763 / 10 grams
The reason for the surge in Delhi is believed to be a slight increase in the international market.

Gold became expensive in Mumbai also
An increase in gold prices was also seen in Mumbai-
- 24 karat gold: ₹130,610 / 10 grams (increase by ₹240)
- 22 carat gold: ₹119,726 / 10 grams
- 18 karat gold: ₹97,958 / 10 grams
Gold prices went up in both Mumbai and Delhi, while silver fell slightly today.
