Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said, you (BJP) are for elections, we (Congress) are for the country. No matter how many elections we lose, we will sit here and keep fighting with you and your ideology. We will continue to fight for our country, for our soil. You can’t stop us. The Congress MP said, there are two reasons for the debate on Vande Mataram in the House today. First, elections are coming in West Bengal. In such a situation, our Prime Minister wants to play his role and secondly, the government who fought for freedom and sacrificed for the country wants a chance to make new allegations. By doing this the government wants to divert the attention of the country from important issues related to the public.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said, as far as Jawaharlal Nehru ji is concerned. Jawaharlal Nehru remained in jail for almost 12 years for the independence of the country. After that he remained Prime Minister for 17 years. You criticize them a lot, but if they had not created ISRO, you would not have Mangalyaan today, if DRDO had not been created, Tejas would not have been created, if AIIMS had not been created, how would we have been able to face the big challenge of Covid. Pandit Nehru lived for this country and died serving the country.
