Rahul Gandhi Lok Sabha Speech Marathi News: Today, the atmosphere in the Lok Sabha heated up when the Electoral Reforms were going to be discussed in the winter session of the Lok Sabha. Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi (Rahul Gandhi) stood up to speak on electoral reforms and his speech created a huge uproar in the House. Rahul Gandhi started his speech with the example of khadi and cloth, but the discussion soon turned into a fierce political attack. He is the ruling party, Election Commission and On Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) made serious allegations.

‘The team has trouble with the sense of equality’

Comparing India to a cloth, Rahul Gandhi said that just as every thread in a cloth is equal, every citizen of the country is equal. He opined that Khadi is not just a cloth but the soul of India. He directly alleged that the Sangh (RSS) had a problem with this sense of equality.

A claim to take over the institution

Rahul Gandhi claimed that today all the vice-chancellors of the universities in the country are affiliated to one organization and all the institutions in the country are gradually being taken over by a particular organization.

‘Alliance’ between Election Commission and Govt.

Rahul Gandhi directly questioned the fairness of the Election Commission. He alleged that the commission has close ties with the government. He also said that Congress party has proved irregularities in Haryana and Karnataka elections.

Changes in regulations

In December 2023, the rules were amended to remove the Chief Justice (CJI) from the appointment process of the Chief Election Commissioner. Rahul Gandhi said that the rules were changed in the presence of Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah so that no election commissioner is punished. All this was done to control the elections.

Chairman Birla advised

When Rahul Gandhi mentioned the killing of Nathuram Godse and taking over the institution, ruling party MPs started banging chairs and shouting slogans. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said that Rahul Gandhi is wasting everyone’s time by straying from the topic.

Chairman’s instructions

Meanwhile, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla interrupted Rahul Gandhi and made it clear that being the Leader of the Opposition does not mean he can say anything. He strictly instructed Rahul Gandhi not to name any organization and speak only on the issue of electoral reforms.
