Lawyer who threw shoe at CJI, got beaten up with slippers, then chanted Sanatan – VIDEO

Advocate Ram Kishor: Advocate Ram Kishore, who threw shoes at the country’s former CJI BR Gavai, is once again in the news. There was an uproar in Delhi’s Karkardooma Court Complex when other lawyers attacked the lawyer who threw a shoe at Justice Gavai. A video of this incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

The incident took place inside the court complex on Tuesday. Some lawyers suddenly surrounded him, started pushing him and attacking him with slippers. It is reported that a video related to this incident has also surfaced. In this, Rakesh Kishore is seen raising and writing slogans in support of Sanatan Dharma.

Video of lawyer’s beating surfaced

This incident took place in Karkardooma Court premises. The security personnel intervened and brought the situation under control. A video of this entire incident has also surfaced. However, no formal complaint has been lodged in this matter. Also, it is not yet known why the lawyers tried to attack him?

What happened in the premises of Karkardooma Court?

Rakesh Kishore was reportedly present in the court premises during the incident which took place in Karkardooma Court, when some lawyers surrounded him and beat him up. He was also attacked with slippers. A video of this incident is now going viral on social media. However, the motive of the attack is not yet clear. Was this revenge for the previous shoe throwing incident? This has not been confirmed yet.

What is the matter of throwing shoe at CJI?

The incident of shoe being thrown at Justice Gavai took place on October 6 during mentoring hours, when the Chief Justice and Justice Chandran were also present in the court. The teen was briefly detained after he tried to throw the shoe, but was later released after the Registrar General was directed not to file any charges. While reacting to the incident of shoe throwing, he was asked to ignore it.

After the shoe throwing incident, the Bar Council of India suspended the license of lawyer Rakesh Kishore with immediate effect. Pending further disciplinary action, he has been debarred from practicing law in any court, tribunal or legal institution in the country. This issue is in the news again after the recent attack.
