Ranchi: An FIR has been lodged against an unknown person for breaking the name plate and tearing the banner of Ranchi Metropolitan President Kumar Raja at the Congress Bhawan located in the Kotwali police station area.
Ganesh Singh, who was in-charge of NGO during the tenure of the then DGP Anurag Gupta, was suspended, know why the action was taken.
In the FIR lodged, Kumar Raja has said that on the night of December 7, unknown persons entered the Congress building after drinking alcohol and broke the name plate of the office. Apart from this, the Congress banner was also torn. Other office items have also been damaged. The police have registered an FIR and started investigating the matter. Efforts are being made to gather information about the accused and arrest him.
