After the reduction in GST, the price of the Jawa 350 has come down by a whopping Rs 15,543 and the bike can now compete with the Royal Enfield Classic 350. Jawa 350 is now a more attractive option for those who want retro design along with modern technology. Let’s know about it in detail.
Direct competition with Classic 350
After the price cut, the Jawa 350 now starts at Rs 1,83,407 (ex-showroom), up from Rs 1,98,950 earlier. The price goes up to 2.11 lakh depending on the color and variant. Engine and Performance

It gets a 6-speed gearbox and a slip-assist clutch, which keeps the ride smooth and the bike can easily reach a speed of 125 kmph on the highway. A liquid-cooling system keeps the engine stable on long journeys.
In comparison, the Classic 350 has a 349cc air-oil cooled engine, which churns out 20.2 bhp of power and 27 Nm of torque. Its 5-speed gearbox is simple and the engine is not considered as refined as the Jawa, but the Classic’s iconic thump sound sets it apart.
Who is more economical?
Jawa 350 has an ARAI mileage of 30 kmpl and in real-world it gives an average of 28.5 kmpl. Whereas the Classic 350 returns 41.55 kmpl according to ARAI and generally users say 32–35 kmpl. The Jawa’s liquid-cooled engine feels more stable in city traffic, but the Classic is still ahead in mileage.
